Duomo(이하 “앱”)는 열린컴퓨터(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 안드로이드 폰과 폴더블용 홈 화면(런처) 앱입니다. 앱을 설치하거나 쓰면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 무료 기능과 Duomo Pro
- 홈 화면, 모든 앱, 위젯, 폴더, 검색, 홈 편집(앱·위젯 옮기기, 지우기, 폴더 만들기), 파일 백업과 복원은 언제나 무료입니다.
- 꾸미기 기능은 Duomo Pro로 제공합니다. 배경과 아이콘 디자인, 아이콘 크기·간격, 독과 위젯 모양, 잠금화면 빌더, 세워 두기 화면, 모양 프리셋과 시간대별 배경, 백업 플러스(바뀔 때마다 자동 백업)가 여기에 들어갑니다. 자세한 목록은 앱의 결제 화면에 표시합니다.
2. 7일 무료 체험
- 앱을 처음 실행한 때부터 7일 동안 Pro 기능을 모두 무료로 쓸 수 있습니다. 체험은 구독이 아니어서 끝나도 요금이 자동으로 청구되지 않습니다.
- 체험이 끝나도 홈 화면과 무료 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있고, 체험 동안 만든 배경·잠금화면 같은 모습도 그대로 남습니다. 꾸미기는 바꿔 볼 수 있지만, 바꾼 것을 적용하려면 평생권이 필요합니다.
- 체험 기간은 기기 안에서 셉니다.
3. 평생권과 가격
- Duomo Pro는 한 번 결제하는 평생권으로만 판매하며 구독은 없습니다.
- 가격은 무료 체험 7일 안에 결제하면 ₩6,900, 그 뒤에는 ₩12,800입니다. 한국 밖에서는 Google Play가 그 나라 통화로 표시한 금액을 따릅니다.
- 결제는 Google Play 결제로만 이루어지며 Google Play 이용약관이 함께 적용됩니다.
- 같은 Google 계정으로 로그인한 다른 기기에서도 앱의 ‘구매 복원’으로 평생권을 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 무료 출시 기간(Duomo 1.0.42.2 이하)부터 쓰던 기기도 판매 버전으로 업데이트한 때부터 7일 무료 체험이 시작됩니다.
4. 청약철회와 환불
- 결제한 날부터 7일 안에는 청약철회(전액 환불)를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 평생권은 결제하는 즉시 Pro 기능이 열리는 디지털 콘텐츠입니다. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따라 Pro 기능을 이미 사용했다면 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 이 사실은 결제 화면에 표시합니다. 다만 앱의 결함으로 Pro 기능을 정상적으로 쓸 수 없다면 기간과 관계없이 환불합니다.
- 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책에 따라 Google Play에서 요청하거나, 아래 연락처로 운영자에게 요청할 수 있습니다. 환불되면 평생권은 사라지고 Pro 기능은 잠깁니다.
5. 데이터
앱에는 계정이나 서버가 없고 설정은 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 보세요.
6. 책임의 한계
앱은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 앱 사용으로 생긴 간접 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자의 법정 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
7. 약관 변경과 문의
약관을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리하면 30일 전)부터 이 문서와 앱 업데이트 안내로 알립니다. 문의·버그 제보는 앱의 설정 › 도움말 › “문제 신고 · 의견 보내기”, 제보 페이지, duomokor@gmail.com 으로 받습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

Duomo Terms of Use
Effective: October 31, 2026
Duomo (the “app”) is a home screen launcher for Android phones and foldables provided by 열린컴퓨터 (the “operator”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Free features and Duomo Pro
- Your Home screen, All apps, widgets, folders, search, Home editing (moving and removing apps and widgets, making folders) and file backup and restore are always free.
- Customization is offered as Duomo Pro: background and icon design, icon size and spacing, dock and widget styles, the lock screen builder, Stand mode, look presets and time-of-day backgrounds, and Backup Plus (automatic backup on every change). The full list is shown on the purchase screen in the app.
2. 7-day free trial
- For 7 days from the first time you open the app, every Pro feature is free. The trial is not a subscription, so nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
- After the trial, your Home screen and free features keep working, and the looks you made during the trial (such as backgrounds and lock screens) stay as they are. You can still try changes to customization, but applying them needs the lifetime pass.
- The trial period is counted on your device.
3. Lifetime pass and price
- Duomo Pro is sold only as a one-time lifetime pass. There is no subscription.
- The price is KRW 6,900 if you buy within the 7-day free trial and KRW 12,800 after that. Outside Korea, the amount shown by Google Play in your currency applies (USD 6.90 and USD 12.80 in the United States).
- Payment is made only through Google Play billing, and the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
- You can use the lifetime pass on other devices signed in to the same Google account with “Restore purchase” in the app.
- Devices that used Duomo during the free launch (1.0.42.2 or earlier) also start the 7-day free trial when they update to the paid version.
4. Withdrawal and refunds
- You may request a withdrawal (full refund) within 7 days of purchase.
- The lifetime pass is digital content that unlocks Pro features as soon as you pay. Under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal may be limited once Pro features have been used; this is shown on the purchase screen. If a defect in the app keeps Pro features from working properly, we will refund regardless of the period.
- You can request a refund from Google Play under its refund policy, or from the operator using the contact below. After a refund, the lifetime pass is removed and Pro features are locked.
5. Data
The app has no account or server, and settings are stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
